Inflate and tie down
Link-O-Loon® is a balloon that allows you to quickly and easily make bows and chains simply by tying them together, as simple as tying the connector of one with the neck of another and so on.
Arch with Helium
Inflate each Link-O-Loon® 12 of the arch with helium to approximately 23cm, to give stability to the arch, intertwine some weights or water balloons at each end.
