Authorization for the Processing of Personal Data

I hereby state that I have been informed that SEMPERTEX DE COLOMBIA S.A.S., identified with NIT 890.101.272-1, with registered address at Vía 40 # 64-198, in the city of Barranquilla, Atlántico, is responsible for the processing of personal data obtained through commercial relationships with clients and users of its products through Electronic Platforms.

Therefore, I give my prior, express, and unequivocal consent and authorization for my personal data to be processed, including its collection, storage, use, circulation, deletion, and I authorize the international transmission of personal data to third countries under the terms of Article 2.2.2.25.5.1 of Decree 1074 of 2015.

This authorization applies to the following personal data that I provide or that GRUPO SEMPERTEX may obtain: first name, last name, type of identification, identification number, marital status, sex, date of birth, location related to the commercial or professional activity of the person, such as address, telephone number, email address, among others; personal location data such as domicile, telephone number, email address, social media accounts, and similar information, for the fulfillment of the following purposes:

1. To carry out the relevant procedures for the execution of commercial and transactional activities.
2. For all matters associated with the commercial and promotional activities of its different business lines and services and any other matter related to the development of the corporate purpose of GRUPO SEMPERTEX, which implies the use of data in marketing activities; sending commercial advertising; statistical analysis for commercial prospecting purposes; market research; analysis of purchasing trends; measurement of customer satisfaction; handling and response to petitions, complaints, and claims; offering promotional activities; benefits from commercial alliances; training and information about products and services, through different information channels, such as text messages, contact through social media, telephone and electronic means, and any other means of contact enabled by technology; delivery of products and services nationwide; and access control.
3. When the transfer and/or transmission of data to a third party is required, applicable at the international level, in accordance with the regulations in force on personal data protection.
4. For administrative purposes, such as statistical analysis, due diligence in customer knowledge, accounting, financial and control audits, telemarketing, collections, compliance with security protocols, and offering financing options.
5. To comply with Colombian or foreign law and with orders issued by judicial or administrative authorities.

As the data subject, I may exercise my rights to access, update, rectify, and delete my personal information, as well as the right to revoke the consent granted for the processing of my personal data in the databases of GRUPO SEMPERTEX; to authorize or not authorize the processing of my sensitive data, such as fingerprint, image, and other biometric data; and to voluntarily answer any questions arising from my sensitive personal data.

I may also file complaints before the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio for infringement of the habeas data law and its regulatory decrees. The channels made available by GRUPO SEMPERTEX for handling requests from personal data subjects are the email address cumplimiento@sempertex.com and our Transparency Channel, available on Sempertex’s website: https://sempertex.com/pages/politica-trasparencia.

In accordance with the above, I authorize GRUPO SEMPERTEX to process my personal data in accordance with its Personal Data Processing Policy and Personal Data Protection Manual, which I declare that I know, have read, and may access at any time for further detail through the SEMPERTEX website https://www.sempertex.com and/or through the link Personal Data Processing Policy.

In compliance with Law 2300 of 2023, GRUPO SEMPERTEX informs you that you may choose the channels through which you wish to be contacted for commercial, advertising, and collection purposes carried out by the Company. Through this authorization, you voluntarily, previously, expressly, knowingly, and unequivocally authorize GRUPO SEMPERTEX to contact you through the following channels: WhatsApp, landline, telephone line, mobile phone line, email, physical mail, and any other channel that GRUPO SEMPERTEX may make available in the future.
