For the first time, the Sempertex® International Balloon Convention was held in Orlando, United States. The event brought together artists, decorators, and balloon art professionals from around the world. It stood out for its creative atmosphere, training spaces, and the participation of renowned international instructors. The convention reinforced Sempertex®’s commitment to innovation, education, and the growth of the global decorating community.
Professionals and enthusiasts participated in hands-on sessions led by recognized international instructors, who shared their knowledge and experiences on the latest trends in design, color, and structure. During the workshops, attendees developed new skills, learned advanced techniques, and discovered innovative ways to use Sempertex® products in their projects. Each session was characterized by a collaborative environment full of creative energy and community spirit, where teaching, inspiration, and passion for the art of balloons came together to continue professionalizing the industry on a global scale.
The first night, Jungle Night, was inspired by nature and tropical energy, featuring a jungle-themed setting that combined lights, décor, and a relaxed atmosphere for socializing. The second event, Balloon Style, incorporated the artistic spirit of the convention in a dinner-panel where participants learned about the legacy of Sempertex®’s WOW LOVE, followed by dynamic spaces such as Inflate C Create!. The third night, The Ultimate Colombian Experience, paid tribute to the brand’s roots with a festive style full of rhythm, vibrant colors, and cultural elements that offered attendees a night in true Colombian fashion.
One of the most special moments of the event was the recognition ceremony for the Master Balloon Professionals (MBP), a program that highlights the excellence, experience, and dedication of the most outstanding decorators worldwide. During the ceremony, certified professionals received their diplomas in an atmosphere of celebration and shared pride, symbolizing the effort and commitment they have demonstrated throughout their careers in balloon art.
This recognition also reinforced Sempertex®’s dedication to continuous learning and the professionalization of the industry, inspiring new talents to grow and reach this important milestone in balloon decoration.
