No Responsibility of the Organizer
Sempertex de Colombia SAS acts as the organizer of the International Balloon Convention, for which it has carefully selected the most qualified and prestigious suppliers to provide the best service and experience for the participants. However, Sempertex de Colombia SAS cannot assume any responsibility for acts or omissions by the suppliers, as it has no control or legal relationship over their operations.
By registering for the International Balloon Convention, you release Sempertex de Colombia SAS from any liability for any failure or non-fulfillment by the direct service providers, including without limitation any failure or non-fulfillment by furniture suppliers, the suppliers renting the venue or event site, service providers such as electricity or water, food quality, valet parking service, waiter service, event decoration and music service, and generally any failure or non-fulfillment by any of the services provided directly by one or more suppliers and not directly by Sempertex de Colombia SAS.
In the event that the service provider(s) fail to fulfill any of their services for which you have already made payment, the only remedy for reimbursement must be processed directly with the supplier who failed to provide their services, unless the failure is directly caused by Sempertex de Colombia SAS. Sempertex de Colombia SAS will not be responsible to you, and you release Sempertex de Colombia SAS from all liability for acts, omissions, or any type of complaint or dissatisfaction arising from the services provided by the direct service providers advertised on this website, as Sempertex has no control or legal relationship over their staff, equipment, operations, or assets.
Furthermore, Sempertex de Colombia SAS will not be responsible, and you release it from all responsibility regarding:
1. The accuracy of the photographs shown on this website, as they are merely representative and do not guarantee that upon your arrival at the event, everything will be exactly as depicted in them and/or described on the site.
2. The descriptions of various services and events promoted are constantly updated by Sempertex de Colombia SAS to the best of its knowledge, but do not guarantee that everything will be exactly the same upon your arrival.
3. Sempertex de Colombia SAS will not assume any responsibility, and you release the company from all liability, as well as any claims, costs, expenses, or losses you may suffer, including any personal injury or injury to third parties, accidents, or death, damage to personal belongings, loss of enjoyment, anger, disappointment, distress, or frustration, whether mental or physical, as long as they result from accidents, environmental incidents, thefts, or any other situation not foreseen in these policies. To avoid any incident, it is necessary for attendees to have personal health and accident insurance.
4. Sempertex de Colombia SAS will not be responsible for any damage resulting from the attendee's failure to comply with the regulations, rules, or conditions established for attendance at the International Balloon Convention.
You affirm, regardless of your country of origin, that you are of legal age to use this website and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as to take responsibility for any legal obligations incurred through the use of this site.
