This document discloses the specific terms and conditions for the “10% CLUB FIESTA” promotion, through which users/consumers who, during the period of time between the date of Subscription to the Club de Fiesta program and with Valid for one year, make purchases of any of the products displayed through the “Balloons” and “Fiesta” Menus, within the platform of our website www.sempertex.com , you will receive ten percent (10%) discount on the sale price indicated on the page, using our CLUBDEFIESTA coupon.

Conditions:

1. This is a campaign valid only during the period of time included in the date of Subscription to the Party Club program and valid for one year.
2. This is a campaign valid only for orders made from the National territory of the Republic of Colombia, which is the coverage areas of the offers that are made through the Sempertex web platform.
3. The benefit obtained under this promotion cannot be combined with other promotions displayed on the Sempertex platform.
4. The benefit to be obtained by the user under this promotion consists of a ten percent (10%) discount on the ordinary sales price of each item offered on the Sempertex web platform, in its "Balloons" menus. and “Fiesta”, effective using a single-use coupon for the purchase value of the CLUBDEFIESTA discount.
5. The benefit obtained under this promotion will be reflected only in the final value to be paid for the purchase that the user makes through the Sempertex web platform.
