TERMS AND CONDITIONS - “BLACKDAYS 2025” PROMOTION

This document outlines the specific terms and conditions for the "BLACKDAYS 2025" promotion, through which users/consumers who, between November 28, 2025, 12:00 AM, and November 30, 2025, 11:59 PM, make purchases on our website www.sempertex.com, will receive a fifteen percent (15%) discount across the entire website.

Conditions:
1. This campaign is valid only during the period between 12:00:00 a.m. on November 28, 2025, and 11:59:00 p.m. on November 30, 2025, and/or until available stock runs out, whichever comes first.
2. This campaign is valid only for orders placed within the National territory of the Republic of Colombia, which are the coverage areas for offers made through the Sempertex web platform.
3. The benefit obtained under this promotion cannot be combined with other promotions displayed on the Sempertex platform.
4. The benefit to be obtained by the user under this promotion consists of a discount on the ordinary selling price of each item offered on the Sempertex web platform, in its Balloons and Party category products; the discount will be displayed on each product.
5. The benefit obtained under this promotion will only be reflected in the final amount to be paid for the purchase made by the user through the Sempertex web platform.
6. This promotion is valid for purchases paid with the following payment methods: i) Credit Card, PSE, and ADDI.
7. It is clarified that these terms and conditions are subject to the general Terms and Conditions of Use of the Sempertex web platform, which can be found at the following links: https://www.sempertex.com/policies/terms-of-service and https://www.sempertex.com/policies/refund-policy. The user/consumer acknowledges and accepts that the information they provide and register on the Sempertex web platform is truthful and reliable, and they are fully responsible for its falsehood and content.
8. Sempertex reserves the right to cancel orders if it detects an intent to defraud.
9. Sempertex reserves the right to reject and cancel any order that, due to its characteristics, Sempertex determines does not apply for the benefit of this campaign, without prior notice to the user/consumer.
10. The promotion does NOT apply to Sempertex Official Distributors.

At Sempertex, we use MERCADO PAGO as a payment gateway, a company renowned for its high security standards due to its use of tools for information encryption, which guarantee secure processing of personal data on the web. By using the MERCADO PAGO platform, the client accepts MERCADO PAGO's terms and conditions and personal data processing for making payments and accepting refunds if applicable. Sempertex never stores buyers' banking information, such as credit card numbers and/or bank accounts, as this information is sent directly to MERCADO PAGO, who are responsible for its administration.
