TERMS AND CONDITIONS - “CYBER DAYS 2025” PROMOTION

This document outlines the specific terms and conditions for the "CYBER DAYS 2025" promotion, through which users/consumers who, between December 1, 2025, 12:00 AM, and December 6, 2025, 11:59 PM, make purchases on our website platform www.sempertex.com, will receive a ten percent (10%) discount across the entire website.

Conditions:
1. This campaign is valid only during the period between 12:00:00 a.m. on December 1, 2025, and 11:59:00 p.m. on December 6, 2025, and/or while supplies last, whichever comes first.
2. This campaign is valid only for orders placed within the National territory of the Republic of Colombia, which is the coverage area for offers made through the Sempertex web platform.
3. The benefit obtained under this promotion cannot be combined with other promotions displayed on the Sempertex platform.
4. The benefit for the user under this promotion consists of a discount on the ordinary selling price of each item offered on the Sempertex web platform, specifically for products in the Balloons and Party categories. The discount will be displayed on each product.
5. The benefit obtained under this promotion will only be reflected in the final amount payable for the purchase made by the user through the Sempertex web platform.
6. This promotion is valid for purchases paid with the following payment methods: i) Credit Card, PSE, and ADDI.
7. It is clarified that these terms and conditions are subject to the general Terms and Conditions of Use of the Sempertex web platform, which can be found at the following links: https://www.sempertex.com/policies/terms-of-service and https://www.sempertex.com/policies/refund-policy. The user/consumer acknowledges and accepts that the information provided and registered on the Sempertex web platform is truthful and reliable, and they are fully responsible for any falsehood or content.
8. Sempertex reserves the right to cancel orders if it detects fraudulent intent.
9. Sempertex reserves the right to reject and cancel any order that, due to its characteristics, Sempertex determines does not apply for the benefit of this campaign, without prior notice to the user/consumer.
10. The promotion DOES NOT apply to Official Sempertex Distributors.

At Sempertex, we use MERCADO PAGO as our payment gateway, a company recognized for its high security standards because it uses tools for information encryption, which ensure compliance with personal data processing that travels securely on the web. By using the MERCADO PAGO platform, the client accepts the terms and conditions and personal data processing of MERCADO PAGO to make payments and accept refunds if applicable. Sempertex never stores buyers' banking information, such as credit card numbers and/or bank accounts, as this information is sent directly to MERCADO PAGO, who are responsible for its management.
