TERMS AND CONDITIONS - “CHRISTMAS PACKAGING” PROMOTION
This document sets forth the specific terms and conditions of the promotion “CHRISTMAS PACKAGING”, through which users/consumers who make purchases on the website www.sempertex.com during the period between December 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m., will receive a forty percent (40%) discount on the gift packaging available on our website. Clearance products are not included.
PROMOTION CONDITIONS
1. Validity:
This promotion is valid only between 12:00 a.m. on December 1, 2025 and/or while supplies last, whichever comes first.
2. Geographic coverage:
Applies exclusively to orders placed from the national territory of the Republic of Colombia, within the sales coverage areas offered through the Sempertex website.
3. Non-accumulable:
The granted benefit is not cumulative with other promotions, discounts, or offers in effect on the platform.
4. Participating products:
The benefit consists of a 40% discount on the regular price of products corresponding to the gift packaging category published on www.sempertex.com.
The discount will be visible on each participating product.
5. Discount reflection:
The discount will be reflected exclusively in the final amount to be paid, within the purchase process on the Sempertex website.
6. Enabled payment methods:
The promotion is valid only for purchases paid through the following methods:

7. Acceptance of general terms and truthfulness of information:

The user/consumer declares that the information registered on the platform is truthful and is responsible for its accuracy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, clearance products will not be subject to the general exchange and return policies mentioned herein.
8. Fraud prevention:
Sempertex reserves the right to cancel orders if it detects fraudulent intent or any irregular activity.
9. Order cancellation:
Sempertex may reject and cancel any order that, due to its characteristics, does not comply with the promotion conditions, without prior notification to the user/consumer.
10. Exclusions:
The promotion does not apply to Official Sempertex Distributors.
11. Payment gateway and data processing:
Sempertex uses MERCADO PAGO as a payment gateway, a company recognized for its high standards of security and data encryption, which guarantee compliance with the processing of personal data that travels securely on the web.
By using MERCADO PAGO, the client accepts the terms and conditions and the processing of personal data by MERCADO PAGO to make payments and accept refunds in case it applies.
Sempertex does not store buyers' banking information, such as credit card numbers and/or bank accounts, as this information is sent directly to MERCADO PAGO, who are responsible for its administration.
