TERMS AND CONDITIONS – “SHOWROOM NEW YEAR TABLE 2025” PROMOTION
This document establishes the specific terms and conditions for the promotion “MESA AÑO NUEVO SHOWROOMS 2025”, through which users/consumers who make purchases on the website www.sempertex.com during the period from 12:00 a.m. on December 14, 2025, to 11:59 p.m. on December 24, 2025, will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on items from the Mesa Año Nuevo ShowRooms 2025 category available on our website.
PROMOTION CONDITIONS
1. Validity:
This promotion is valid only from 12:00 a.m. on December 14, 2025, until 11:59 p.m. on December 24, 2025, and/or while supplies last, whichever comes first.
2. Geographical coverage:
Applies exclusively to orders placed from within the national territory of the Republic of Colombia, within the sales coverage areas offered through the Sempertex website platform.
3. Non-stackable:
The benefit granted cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers valid on the platform.
4. Participating products:
The benefit consists of a 10% discount on the regular price of products corresponding to the Mesa Año Nuevo ShowRooms 2025 category published on www.sempertex.com.
The discount will be visible on each participating product.
5. Discount reflection:
The discount will be reflected exclusively in the final amount to be paid, within the purchase process on the Sempertex website platform.
6. Enabled payment methods:
The promotion is valid only for purchases paid through the following methods:
- Credit card
- PSE
- ADDI
7. Acceptance of general terms and veracity of information:

The user/consumer declares that the information registered on the platform is true and is responsible for its accuracy.
8. Fraud prevention:
Sempertex reserves the right to cancel orders if it detects an intention of fraud or any irregular activity.
9. Order cancellation:
Sempertex may reject and cancel any order that, due to its characteristics, does not comply with the promotion conditions, without obligation to notify the user/consumer in advance.
10. Exclusions:
The promotion does not apply to Sempertex Official Distributors.
11. Payment gateway and data processing:
Sempertex uses MERCADO PAGO as a payment gateway, a company recognized for its high security standards and data encryption, which guarantee compliance with the processing of personal data that travels securely on the web.
By using MERCADO PAGO, the client accepts the terms and conditions and the processing of personal data by MERCADO PAGO to make payments and accept refunds in case it applies.
Sempertex does not store buyers' banking information, such as credit card numbers and/or bank accounts, as this information is sent directly to MERCADO PAGO, who are responsible for its administration.
