TERMS AND CONDITIONS - VALENTINE'S DAY 2026 PROMOTION
This document establishes the specific terms and conditions for the promotion “VALENTINE'S DAY 2026 PROMOTION”, through which users/consumers who make purchases on the website platform www.sempertex.com during the period from February 3, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. until February 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on items in the LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP THEME category available on our website.
PROMOTION CONDITIONS
1. Validity:
This promotion is valid only from 12:00 a.m. on February 4, 2026, until February 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. and/or while supplies last, whichever comes first.
2. Geographical coverage:
Applies exclusively to orders placed from the national territory of the Republic of Colombia, within the sales coverage areas offered through the Sempertex web platform.
3. Non-cumulability:
The granted benefit cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers in effect on the platform.
4. Participating products:
The benefit consists of a 10% discount on the regular price of products in the LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP THEME category published on www.sempertex.com.
The discount will be visible on each participating product.
5. Discount reflection:
The discount will be reflected exclusively in the final amount to be paid, within the purchase process on the Sempertex web platform.
6. Enabled payment methods:
The promotion is valid only for purchases paid through the following methods:
- Credit card
- PSE
- ADDI
7. Acceptance of general terms and truthfulness of information:

The user/consumer declares that the information registered on the platform is true and is responsible for its accuracy.
8. Fraud prevention:
Sempertex reserves the right to cancel orders if it detects fraudulent intent or any irregular activity.
9. Order cancellation:
Sempertex may reject and cancel any order that, due to its characteristics, does not comply with the promotion's conditions, without obligation to notify the user/consumer in advance.
10. Exclusions:
The promotion does not apply to Sempertex Official Distributors.
11. Payment gateway and data processing:
Sempertex uses MERCADO PAGO as a payment gateway, a company recognized for its high security standards and data encryption, which guarantee compliance with the processing of personal data that travels securely on the web.
By using MERCADO PAGO, the customer accepts the terms and conditions and the processing of personal data by MERCADO PAGO to make payments and accept refunds if applicable.
Sempertex does not store buyers' banking information, such as credit card numbers and/or bank accounts, as this information is sent directly to MERCADO PAGO, who are responsible for its administration.
